Ghost stories, who has some?
I want to hear the BEST ghost stories you have, real or fake.
Which ever inspires me the most may get a drawn picture of my interpretation of their story uvu

I especially like folklore stories...

The more shivers the better!

Well this isn't all that exciting, but it is true:

My great grandma died a few years back, and my great auntie continued to live at my grandma's house alone a year after she died. One day, she lost one of her earrings and couldn't find it anywhere. One place she looked was on her bed side cabinet, which she completely wiped clean so nothing was on it - it wasn't there. She left the room then later returned for another look and found the earring in the dead centre of the bed side cabinet she wiped clean. She believes my great grandma found the earring and placed it on the cabinet.

She also feels people staring at her from the bottom corner of the bed while she's in bed, which she also believes are my great grandma and granddad (who died later on). Creepy! :iconghostsplz:

ah well this is pretty famous in chicago ^^ :

The story goes that Mary had spent the evening dancing with a boyfriend at the Oh Henry Ballroom. At some point, they got into an argument and Mary stormed out. Even though it was a cold winter’s night, she thought she would rather face a cold walk home than spend another minute with her boyfriend.
She left the ballroom and started walking up Archer Avenue. She had not gotten very far when she was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver, who fled the scene leaving Mary to die. Her parents found her and were grief-stricken at the sight of her dead body. They buried her in Resurrection Cemetery, wearing a beautiful white dancing dress and matching dancing shoes. The hit-and-run driver was never found.

since then she hitch hikes the road she was killed on and asks the driver to driver her to resurrection cemetery and then she disappears into the cemetery gates.

there's also bachelors grove which is home to vandalism and satanic rituals which makes the hauntings even more upped i guess? i've never gone there cause i'm scared as fuck to go to scary places :icontearplz:

Ohhhhh!! I REALLY liked that one! I got a straight up shiver from head to toe.

It's pretty creepy that she actually gets people to drive her to a cemetery, If someone asked me to take them to a cemetery I would just be like "nope", slam the door, and drive the fuck away.
